After winning the state championships last month, ten 12-year old Bacchus Marsh black-belt has become a role model for women who train in Goju Kensha Karate.

Fighting all in the family

Controlled family fighting may be rare in most homes, but for the Zarb family it is common practice.
The Zarbs own Australasian Martial Arts in Ascot Vale and the whole clan is involved.
